D-2 Shifting Tool
The D-2 type shifting tool is used to locate and either open or close a typical Baker style Model L sliding side door.
The D-2 type shifting tool open or close a desired sliding side door by simply deploying the tools with the dogs facing upwards to shift the inner sleeve upwards, or downwards to shift the inner sleeve downwards.
The D-2 type shifting tool also requires the corresponding sized collet to locate in the desired sleeve.
D-2 type shifting tool also requires the shifting dogs and locating collet to be a pre-determined distance apart to properly locate and shift a model L sliding side door.
