No-Blow Tool – (Hold Down)
The no-blow tool is used to secure bottom hole instruments or recorders so as not to be blown, or flowed out of the wellbore.
No-blow tools are typically run in conjunction with J unlatching heads.
Applications:
No-blow tools can be used to secure bottom hole pressure / temperature instruments to record wellbore formations pressures and temperatures.
